Terms of service

The short, honest version. Effective September 2026.

The service

TopGenie gives your business review pages, QR codes, review writing help, private feedback collection, and related tools. We aim to keep it fast and available, and we tell you plainly when something is not working.

Your side

• Use it for a real business you are authorised to represent.
• Only genuine customers may post reviews. Do not use TopGenie to fabricate reviews or to pose as customers. Accounts doing this get closed.
• You are responsible for how you configure the low-rating flow. We ship the compliant setting on by default and explain the trade-offs in the product.
• Keep your login credentials to yourself and your team.

Payments and plans

• Prices are in INR, GST extra, charged monthly through Razorpay.
• Downgrading or cancelling stops the next charge; the paid features run until the period ends.
• Plan limits are enforced by the product and described on the pricing page.

Ours and yours

The product, its code, and its content are ours. Your business data is yours; we hold it to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Liability

TopGenie influences reviews by making them easy, not by controlling Google. We cannot guarantee specific ratings, rankings, or that Google keeps any particular review up. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
