No. They scan your QR code and open a page in their phone’s browser. Posting a Google review requires a Google account.

Can every customer leave a Google review?

Yes. The option should be available regardless of the rating they choose. Private feedback is an additional choice, not a filter that blocks negative Google reviews.

Does TopGenie post reviews automatically?

No. Customers choose what to say and submit their own review on Google. Google does not support pre-filled review text through the review link.

Will this guarantee a higher Google ranking?

No. Local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews can help, but no tool can guarantee a position or a number of walk-ins.
