From your counter to a posted Google review.
The whole system is built around one moment: the happy customer at your counter who would review you if it took thirty seconds. Here is exactly what happens.
Scan the code
The QR opens a fast page on the customer's phone, no app, branded to your shop, in five languages.
Tap a rating
One question, one to five stars. That single tap decides the path and takes under five seconds.
The path splits
Happy customers get help writing and land on Google. Unhappy ones reach you privately instead.
Two tap-questions produce three ready drafts in your trade's voice. They pick one, it copies, Google opens, they paste and post. Under a minute.
TopGenie asks what went wrong, privately. You get the message and their number instantly, with a one-tap WhatsApp reply.
1. Set up once, in about five minutes
Sign up with your business details, add your location, and paste your Google Place ID (we link the finder and walk you through it). TopGenie generates your review page, QR code, and print-ready poster and tent card. Print, place where customers pay, done.
2. The customer scans and rates
The QR opens a fast page on their phone, no app, in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. One question: how was your visit? They tap a star.
3a. Four or five stars: help them say it
Writing is the real barrier, so TopGenie removes it. Two tap-questions about their visit produce three ready drafts in your trade's voice. They pick one, it copies to their phone, Google opens, they paste and post. From scan to posted review: under a minute. Every review is written and posted by the real customer from their own Google account; TopGenie never posts anything.
3b. Three stars or less: a private conversation
Instead of walking an unhappy customer to a public review box, TopGenie asks what went wrong, privately. You get the message and their number instantly, with a one-tap WhatsApp reply. The Google option stays visible to them, because hiding it violates Google's policy; in practice, most upset customers take the private door when it is offered first.
4. You watch it compound
The dashboard counts scans, ratings, and customers sent to Google, per location and per source. New reviews sync into your inbox with reply drafts ready. The monthly email tells you what last month did. And when walk-ins are slow, the customer list lets you ask past customers over WhatsApp or email.
What TopGenie deliberately does not do
- No fake reviews, ever. Only a real customer on their own phone can post.
- No incentives. Google prohibits paying or discounting for reviews, and so do our terms.
- No posting on anyone's behalf. The customer sees and controls every word.
