Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. One location, thirty assisted reviews a month, the feedback inbox, and your QR collateral. It exists so you never pay to find out whether TopGenie works for your counter.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account moves to Free when your paid period ends. Locations, feedback, settings, and QR codes all stay; paid features switch off. No data hostage-taking.
Refunds?
First payment: full refund within 7 days. Renewals are not refundable, and paid days always run their full course. The whole policy is one page.
Is GST included?
Prices shown are before GST; the applicable GST is added at payment, processed by Razorpay.
