Contracting party and eligibility
TopGenie is operated by Quirky Hive Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka ("TopGenie", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you are an adult authorised to act for the business and any Google Business Profile you connect. These terms are effective from 6 October 2026 and form a binding agreement between you and us.
Accounts and access
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and connect only profiles you are authorised to manage. Access to Google data uses the approved authorisation flow; never share passwords or OTPs. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access, in our sole discretion and without liability, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
What TopGenie provides
TopGenie provides tools to collect reviews, gather private feedback, draft replies and view Google profile insights. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Available features depend on your plan and on third-party availability, and we may add, change, limit or withdraw features at any time without liability.
Payments and subscriptions
Plans are Starter at Rs 499 per month or Rs 4,990 per year, and Growth at Rs 999 per month or Rs 9,990 per year, in each case plus GST. There is no free plan. Renewal is manual. Fees are payable in advance and, except where a mandatory law or our Refunds policy says otherwise, are non-refundable. We may revise prices or plan limits with notice before your next renewal.
Refunds & cancellationCustomer content and AI drafts
You are solely responsible for all content you create, edit or publish, including review text and AI-assisted drafts you choose to post. AI drafts are suggestions only; you must review them for accuracy, tone and personal information before use. We do not warrant that any draft is accurate or suitable. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
Google, WhatsApp and third parties
TopGenie is independent of, and not endorsed by, Google or WhatsApp. Third-party availability, permissions and policies can affect features at any time. Customers submit their own Google reviews from their own Google accounts. We cannot and do not promise to remove reviews, change a rating, or influence search rankings.
Prohibited use
Fake or incentivised reviews, selective solicitation of only positive reviews, impersonation, unauthorised access, scraping, and any unlawful processing are prohibited. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Acceptable useCancellation and service changes
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable. Your statutory rights that cannot be excluded are preserved.
Liability, indemnity and governing law
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. TopGenie does not guarantee any rating, ranking, review count, walk-ins, footfall or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and Quirky Hive Private Limited, our directors, employees and partners) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, reviews or business, however arising. Our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the service is limited to the lower of (a) the fees you actually paid to us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rs 5,000. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, to which you irrevocably submit.
