Do not create, buy, sell or organise fake reviews. Do not use staff, relatives, competitors or multiple accounts to manufacture an impression of genuine customer sentiment.
No review manipulation
Do not gate the Google option by rating, offer incentives, pressure customers or require specific review content. Private feedback must not suppress public review choices.
Authorised access
Connect only business profiles you are authorised to manage. Do not impersonate another business, bypass access controls or misuse third-party APIs.
Personal information and AI
Do not submit sensitive customer records, payment secrets, passwords or information you lack permission to process. Review AI-generated drafts before use. Do not use customer data for unrelated advertising or model training without a valid basis and required disclosures.
Abuse and enforcement
Do not send spam, threats, harassment or unlawful content. We may investigate suspected breaches and apply proportionate measures, including restriction, suspension or termination of the account. Complaints can be raised at support@topgenie.in.
